The complete public interface for setup, CSS compilation, source ownership, and diagnostics.
Install once

pnpm add -D @toucan-ui/clibash
npm install -D @toucan-ui/clipnpm is the project default, not a consumer requirement. Use pnpm exec toucanor the equivalent npx toucan commands below.
Commands
